Assistant Principal

Jennifer Pitt is an experienced educational leader with more than 14 years of experience serving students, families, and educators. She is passionate about creating a positive, student-centered learning environment where every child is challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Pitt has served in a variety of educational leadership roles, including Team Lead Teacher, Curriculum Specialist, Multilingual Professional Development Leader, and Assistant Principal. She has overseen instructional leadership, campus operations, student support programs, special education services, MTSS/504, LPAC, gifted and talented programs, campus testing, and teacher development. Her leadership has focused on strengthening instructional practices, building teacher capacity, using data to improve student outcomes, and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous growth, and excellence.

Mrs. Pitt is currently completing her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. She believes that strong relationships, high expectations, and collaborative leadership are the foundation of a thriving school community. She is committed to partnering with students, families, staff, and the community to ensure every child has access to an engaging, equitable, and high-quality education.

Outside of school, Mrs. Pitt enjoys spending time with her family, supporting community initiatives, and continuing to grow as both a leader and lifelong learner. She is honored to serve the students, families, and staff of Peck Elementary.
